About our practice

  • What is concierge pediatric care?

Concierge pediatric care is a private, personalized model where your child receives focused, unhurried attention from their doctor. Unlike a traditional practice, Dr. Williams limits her patient panel so she can be highly accessible — offering in-home visits, virtual appointments, and same-week availability rather than weeks-long wait times.

  • Who is Dr. Williams?

Dr. Anastasia Williams is a board-certified pediatrician with over 25 years of experience. She is known for her compassionate, thorough approach and regularly collaborates with other primary care physicians to ensure her patients receive the best possible care. Learn more about Dr. Williams.

  • What ages does VIP Pediatrics serve?

Dr. Williams cares for children and adolescents from newborns through their teenage years. Whether your child is a few days old or heading into adulthood, VIP Pediatrics is equipped to support their health at every stage.

  • What conditions and concerns do you specialize in?

VIP Pediatrics specializes in newborn care, behavioral concerns, ADHD, depression and anxiety, and second opinions. Dr. Williams takes the time to listen, evaluate thoroughly, and walk families through a complete understanding of their child's diagnosis and treatment options.

Appointments & availability

  • Do you offer in-home visits?

Yes. Dr. Williams provides in-home pediatric visits throughout Pasadena, San Marino, Glendale, Burbank, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, North Hollywood, Westwood, Silverlake, and surrounding communities. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.

  • Are virtual appointments available?

Yes. Virtual video visits are available for families located in California and Virginia. Telehealth appointments are a convenient option for follow-ups, second opinions, medication reviews, and behavioral concerns that don't require an in-person exam.

  • What are your hours?

Concierge hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm. Weekend appointments are available, giving families the flexibility they need without having to take time away from work or school during the week.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule by calling 833-VIP-PEDS (833-847-7337), emailing admin@pediatricsvip.com, or booking online. We recommend starting with a free initial consultation to see if VIP Pediatrics is the right fit for your family.

Costs & insurance

  • Do you accept insurance?

VIP Pediatrics operates as a private concierge practice. Please contact our office directly at 833-VIP-PEDS to discuss payment options and whether your plan may offer out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Is there a cost for the initial consultation?

VIP Pediatrics offers a free initial consultation to help you decide whether our practice is the right fit for your family. This is a no-pressure conversation about your child's needs, our services, and what to expect from concierge care.

Second opinions & new patients

  • Can Dr. Williams provide a second opinion on my child's diagnosis?

Absolutely. Second opinions are one of VIP Pediatrics' core services. If you feel your child's current doctor hasn't shared enough information, or you're unsure about a diagnosis or treatment plan, Dr. Williams will review everything thoroughly and offer an independent, experienced perspective.

  • Can VIP Pediatrics be my child's primary doctor?

Yes. Dr. Williams can serve as your child's primary pediatrician, handling well-child visits, sick visits, developmental monitoring, and ongoing care coordination. She can also work alongside your existing doctor if you prefer a supplemental or second-opinion role.

  • What if I just have a quick question and don't need a full appointment?

One of the advantages of concierge care is greater access to your doctor. Reach out to our office by phone or email and we'll do our best to address your concern quickly — whether that's a quick answer, a virtual follow-up, or scheduling a visit when needed.
